Reforma Design is a division of Speed Projects Laboratory Ltd. (“Speed Projects Laboratory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We operate the website reformadesign.co (the “Site”) and provide architectural film, window tinting, and surface protection services across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site or contact us about our services. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain technical information through Google Analytics, including:
- Your IP address (anonymized)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with the following trusted service providers solely to operate our business:
- Zoho Corporation — form submission and data storage (Zoho Forms)
- Google LLC — website analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising and remarketing (Meta Ads, Instagram)
- Weglot SAS — website language translation (Weglot)

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and measure Site performance. The types of cookies we use include:

Required for the Site to function correctly. These cannot be disabled.
- b) Analytics Cookies

- d) Language Cookies
We use Weglot to offer our Site in English and Chinese (Simplified). Weglot sets a cookie to remember your language preference.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or until your inquiry is resolved
- Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months by default (Google’s standard retention period)
- Advertising data: retained per Google Ads and Meta’s standard data retention policies
When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.
7. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and BC PIPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent to the collection or use of your information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or the BC Information and Privacy Commissioner (oipc.bc.ca)

8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the Bodaq and XPEL product catalogues and technical document pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
