Reforma Design is a division of Speed Projects Laboratory Ltd. (“Speed Projects Laboratory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We operate the website reformadesign.co (the “Site”) and provide architectural film, window tinting, and surface protection services across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site or contact us about our services. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising and remarketing (Meta Ads, Instagram)
Weglot SAS — website language translation (Weglot)

Advertising data: retained per Google Ads and Meta’s standard data retention policies

When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.

Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and service information on this Site. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Digital representations of product finishes, colours, textures, and film patterns on this Site — including Bodaq Interior Film samples — may not accurately reflect the true appearance of the physical product. Gloss levels, metal reflections, textures, and colours may differ from their on-screen appearance. We strongly recommend viewing physical samples before making any purchase or installation decision.

Quotes provided through our contact form or during site visits are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on final site assessment, material availability, and scope confirmation.
