Most Reforma Design projects follow a 7-step process: Inquiry, Site Visit, Quote, First Deposit and Materials Order, Second Deposit and Scheduling, Installation, and Final Payment. From first contact to installation, this typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on material availability and scheduling.

Reforma Design collects a first deposit to confirm your order and source materials, a second deposit to schedule your installation date, and the final balance is due on completion — only after you are satisfied with the result. We do not require full payment upfront.
